The NCP Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of non-productive completion (NCP) activities. This includes overseeing the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of completion equipment and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain NCP equipment.
- Monitor well completion activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor well control parameters and calculations before and during Service applications,
- Responsible of executing operation safely in accordance to Company requirement,
- Provides day to day direction of personnel on location,
- Responsible for executing efficient activities and ensuring quality through the execution of service according to plan
- Perform pre- and post- Service Equipment inspections, and
- Take responsibility for safe crane and rigging operations during the delivery of the Services
- Document and report on completion activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in NCP operations preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in completion operations.
- Valid IWCF Well Intervention certificate (level 3)
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of NCP equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in NCP operations.
- Experience in well completion projects.
Working Conditions:
- Work in various environmental conditions, including remote oilfield locations.
- Extended hours and rotational shifts may be required.
