NCP Operator

The NCP Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of non-productive completion (NCP) activities. This includes overseeing the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of completion equipment and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain NCP equipment.
• Monitor well completion activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor well control parameters and calculations before and during Service applications,
• Responsible of executing operation safely in accordance to Company requirement,
• Provides day to day direction of personnel on location,
• Responsible for executing efficient activities and ensuring quality through the execution of service according to plan
• Perform pre- and post- Service Equipment inspections, and
• Take responsibility for safe crane and rigging operations during the delivery of the Services
• Document and report on completion activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in NCP operations preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in completion operations.
• Valid IWCF Well Intervention certificate (level 3)
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of NCP equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in NCP operations.
• Experience in well completion projects.

Working Conditions:

• Work in various environmental conditions, including remote oilfield locations.
• Extended hours and rotational shifts may be required.
