Terminal Operating System Expert Featured

Role Description:

• Configure, customize, and maintain Navis N4 TOS to enhance terminal efficiency.
• Implement automation solutions for yard planning, equipment control, and gate operations.
• Lead TOS upgrades, patches, and system integrations with EDI, OCR, and ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and train operational teams.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to align TOS functionality with business needs.
• Develop and document best practices for system optimization and performance tuning.

Experience Requirement:

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Navis N4 in a container terminal environment.
• Strong knowledge of TOS configuration, SPARCS, workflows, and automation tools.
• Experience with EDI, APIs, and integration with terminal equipment (RMGs, ASCs, AGVs).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under operational pressure.
• Certifications in Navis N4 or related systems are a plus.
