Lead Mechanical Technician (Jetty Support Team) Featured

Role Description:

• Apply the approved standards, procedures and schedules to ensure
  the reliability and integrity of the plant equipment and systems in
  the allocated area.\
• Implement the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on relevant
  equipment and ensure all work history and data is entered into the
  CMMS system.
• Generate all testing protocols, certificates and other documentation
  in line with established standards and ensure that these are linked
  to the respective equipment within the CMMS.
• Ensure the application of approved standards, procedures and
  schedules for reliability and integrity of the Plant in line with
  company guidelines
• Place and remove spades and open and close pipe flanges, recognize
  the gasket types, types of bolts and nuts.
• Carry out Flange tightening by Hydraulic Torquing and tensioning
  methods.
• Perform proper slinging and lifting with chain-blocks and small
  cranes.
• Remove and re-install rotating equipment like pumps, motors,
  mixers.
• Replace Mechanical seals in pumps and compressors.
• Obtain rotating equipment machine clearances and dimensional
  data.
• Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW
  Holder.
• Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when
  required.
• Certify flange tightening, rigging and slinging

Experience Requirement:

More than 10 years’ experience in Mechanical maintenance work in the
petrochemical/oil and gas or power generation industry.
