Position Summary
The Pelletizing Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the granulation process, including precise dispersant dosing, controlling granulation speed, adjusting feed rates, and coordinating with drying operations to ensure stable pellet production and product quality.
Main Responsibilities
- Control the amount of dispersant added with precision according to process requirements.
- Maintain proper granulation speed and progress; communicate promptly with Drying Operators to adjust feed volume as needed.
- Wear required PPE at all times and adhere to all safety procedures to ensure personal protection.
- Maintain accurate and complete operational records and ensure proper shift handover.
- Complete other production-related tasks assigned by workshop leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above
- Training in safety management, workshop management, and 6S
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and operational precision
- Maintains a high level of discipline, accountability, and responsibility in all tasks
- Strong commitment to safety, with consistent adherence to safety protocols
- Reliable, professional, and able to execute procedures accurately and consistently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
