Position Summary
The Preparation Operator is responsible for accurately preparing chemical solutions and auxiliary materials (such as dispersants, initiators, or other process preparations) required for polymerization. The role ensures precise formulation, safe handling, and timely supply of prepared materials to support stable production operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare required chemical preparations in accordance with production needs and process specifications.
- Handle raw materials safely and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of preparation tools, containers, and equipment.
- Complete accurate operation records and conduct proper shift handover.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by workshop leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above
- Training in safety management, workshop operations, and 6S
- Strong attention to detail and high operational precision
- Maintains discipline, accountability, and responsibility in all tasks
- Demonstrates excellent safety awareness and strict adherence to safety protocols
- Reliable, professional, and consistent in following procedures accurately
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to support smooth team operations

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (3/2 system)
