Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with over 10 years of expertise in the UAE market to lead our sales efforts for Cold Storage Warehousing services. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the industry, a proven track record of sales success, and a strong network of established relationships with key players in the market. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue, developing client relationships, and ensuring our position as a leading provider in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Cold Storage Warehousing sector.
- Build strong pipelines by leveraging market knowledge and connections.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including food manufacturers, import/export companies, distributors, and logistics providers.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Cold Storage Warehousing or related fields in the UAE.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Networking Skills: Strong professional network within the logistics, FMCG, and food sectors.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
