Full-time Position Summary
The Drying Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the drying process, including controlling drying temperature, adjusting feed volume, cleaning the fluidized bed equipment, and ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the drying temperature and material feeding volume meet process requirements.
- Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of the drying equipment (fluidized bed).
- Wear always required PPE and follow strict safety protocols during operation.
- Maintain accurate and complete operation records and ensure proper shift handover.
- Complete other assignments from workshop leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above
- Training in safety management, workshop management, and 6S
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and operational precision
- Maintains a high level of discipline, accountability, and responsibility in all tasks
- Strong commitment to safety, with consistent adherence to safety protocols
- Reliable, professional, and able to execute procedures accurately and consistently
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Work Environment: Indoor/Outdoor production areas
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (3/2 system)
