Fishing Field Specialist

The Fishing Field Specialist is responsible for performing fishing operations to retrieve lost or stuck equipment from the wellbore. This role requires expertise in fishing tools and techniques to ensure successful retrieval operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute fishing operations.
• Select and utilize appropriate fishing tools and techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during fishing operations.
• Maintain records of fishing activities and equipment usage.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during operations.
• Providing technical support of operations,
• Preparing for service and installing Equipment/tools.
• Advising Company with best Fishing practice and provide guide line for Fishing operation.
• Acting as a link between field and office team,
• Providing reports and attending technical calls and meetings related to Fishing.
• In case of Fishing Field Specialist attends plug scope, then they shall be trained and qualified by OEM for assembling, installing/retrieving plugs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering technology.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in fishing operations.
• Valid IWCF Well Intervention certificate (level 4)
• Proficient in the use of fishing tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in fishing operations.

Experience in managing fishing projects.

Working Conditions:

Work in various environmental conditions, including remote oilfield locations.

Extended hours and rotational shifts may be required.
