We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. The role involves assisting in various mechanical operations, ensuring smooth production processes, and contributing to the company.

Qualifications:

• Technical certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3  years of experience as a mechanical technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment, preferably in rim production.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and operation of machinery used in the manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections of the product throughout the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the manufacturing area to promote efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to meet customer demand and delivery requirements.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of rim manufacturing processes.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues that arise.
