Operations Manager-Drilling Rig

1. Assure the professional planning and execution of all aspects of rigs services
2. Mitting  customer’s overall requirements with respect to the contract, operations, and HSE & Service Quality
3. Effectively participate in building the drilling department that ensures compliance to customer’s objective, equipment integrity, the competence of personnel, and excellence in HSE performance,
4. Actively participate in the business development of the drilling department both locally and overseas.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in the Drilling industry with at least 5 years as an Operations Manager
• IWCF Certified
• Strong communications skills in English. Arabic is an advantage. Both written and speaking
• Strong Interpersonal skills, and team management
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Has good financial awareness and competency
• Has good computer skills (MS Office)
