Job Summary:
The Solid Control Project Coordinator plays an important role in the management of the project by managing the shale screens stock, receiving the orders from the supplier, and delivering the orders to the clients on time. His role is critical in providing the best service quality to the clients in term of delivery time and technical support and after sales service when required.
- Coordinate the logistics and sales of Shale Shaker Screens and Solid Control Equipment’s project
- Stock Management: follow up daily the stock level according to clients’ needs. Prepare screen forecast and place orders for the required type and size on time. Receive the orders from the clients and plan for delivery on time following the agreement terms. Maintain the storage of the screens in good condition. Report on daily basis the stock status to the focal point of the project (Office)
- Tracking and recording: issue in and issue out the movement of the screens using Oracle and send report on weekly basis to the office.
- Performance Tracking:Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepareregular reports to the focal point, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with MB site engineers for feedback and discuss/analyze the findings to improve the service quality to the client.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. Permanent communication with client’s site team to manage providing the best way for support and assistance.
- Site visit and investigation: visit the rig site regularly for investigations in case of any complaint from the client. Check the status of the shakers on site and define the additional requirement for better screen performance. Issue visit reports and submit to the client after each visit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in solids control equipment and services, preferably in the oil and gas industry for at least 3-4 Years.
- Strong technical knowledge of solids control equipment, especially shale shakers screens, centrifuges, and mud cleaners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Oracle or SAP, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, trade shows, and industry events.
