Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the preparation and service of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Supervising and leading a team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas, utensils, and equipment, as well as service and seating areas.
  • Providing guidance and training to staff on describing menu items, suggesting products to customers, and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinating inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies to meet operational demands.
  • Handling cashiering duties, overseeing the processing of customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Implementing and enforcing operational procedures and policies to optimize efficiency and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with management to develop strategies for business growth, customer retention, and staff development.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Demonstrating leadership qualities by motivating team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
