Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation and service of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
- Supervising and leading a team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas, utensils, and equipment, as well as service and seating areas.
- Providing guidance and training to staff on describing menu items, suggesting products to customers, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinating inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies to meet operational demands.
- Handling cashiering duties, overseeing the processing of customer payments accurately and efficiently.
